ABOUT ME

I have been abroad for the last decade, lived in 6 different countries, and plan on keeping doing so for a while ! I love travelling, of course, but I also love to share things I love with others: experiences, tips, history and stories...
Travelling is certainly about discovering things and places, but it is also, in my mind, a lot about discovering others. :-)

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy today, but do not forget about preparing tomorrow / Prepare tomorrow, but do not forget about enjoying today.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much experienced, I must say - never been hosted yet since I usually stay in youth hostels when travelling, but I did tour around a couple of people in HCMC, meet a few for drinks and hosted a lovely Canadian couple for Xmas a couple of years ago - they joined us for a really memorable Christmas eve. CS is all about meeting people for me really. :-)

In any sort of order: good friends, tasty food, long motorbike rides, original photographies, extra sleep, well made drinks, compelling theater plays, books which make you forget about what time it is, loud parties, moving movies, in depth discussions involving beer, etc.
