Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to share music with as many people as possible
ABOUT ME
I am a friendly, thinking person, sometimes very talkative and other times more quiet and reflective. I have been making my way as a musician full time for the past three years which has included a great deal of travel across Canada, in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. I write a great deal.
PHILOSOPHY
I think it is important for people to try to separate the pressures others put on them from the pressures they put on themselves. I believe that everybody has a gift and once they figure it out, it is a good idea to get on the path of sharing it with others. I believe very much in righteousness and justice, respectful dialogue, personal honesty, and equality.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I finally lived on my own, I found myself opening my apartment to the many drifting musicians that I met. I had an open door policy, and whatever space I had, I shared. Now I am of no fixed address and have been sleeping on many couches, though not officially through couch surfing. I am curious to see what connections I can make through couch surfing, and fully intend on returning the favor as soon as I have a place of my own again!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
As mentioned above, I have basically been living on couches for the last couple of years, and before that, always had drifters staying at my place. I am new to the official couchsurfing network and more than curious and enthusiastic to see how it goes.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am bad at recalling my favorites as there are very many, and they change depending on my frame of mind. I often go by friend's recommendations, and believe very much that sometimes the movie or book that falls into your lap at a given moment, is the one you're supposed to see/read.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
given up my job and apartment (both of which I loved), to pursue music full time. Life is short!
Teach, Learn, Share
music, music and music!
Also, cultural exchange, cooking and baking. But mostly I like to see what comes out of spontaneous conversation.
Countries I’ve Visited
Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, United States
