focus on my PhD thesis (I know, it's not soooo creative ;)

ABOUT ME

All the time I try to be an active person. I like spending my free time outside, travelling and exploring unexplored ;) It's very hard for me to keep my place in the long run. But maybe one day I will settle down somewhere :)

I've "just" finished my studies, but couldn't part with my university and have decided to continue the studies on PhD Programme. The lifestyle of PhD student totally fits me. I'm able to travel pretty a lot, discover new places and meet interesting people and at the same time develope myself and boost competences.

PHILOSOPHY

Experience as much as possible... be everywhere, see, taste and touch everything.

Not as big as I wish... during last year I withdrew from "circulation" because of my job, but now I'm back :D and try to do my best to be an exemplary couchsurfer :)

Interests

Most of my free time hovers about trekking and mountains. If only I've got a spare time I try to escape from the city to feel really free climbing hills and just admiring the nature. Now I'm in the middle of taking a rock climbing course.
I also love travelling, but in a non-tourist way. I never want to be too touristy! I always try to find such places that are not "in fashion" and popular among turists at that time (so no Egypt or Turkey just to lie on a beach and drink posh cocktails, sorry :P).
I always try to be in a good form (unfortunately with various effect :D) But I love sports! A few years ago I tried skiing and it was love at first sight. Last year I discovered Spinnig and I'm a big fan of it and this year - canoeing and for sure will keep on practice (particullary in Ireland:).

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm just crazy about guidebooks and maps. A shelf in my room soon won't handle it:) Sometimes I buy a guidebook about the country that I'm not going to vist in the coming days but just want to have more information and feel a kind of atmosphere of this place. And maybe one day I'll decide that this is the right time to go there.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the basis of Polish and European legal systems :D but I think and (hope :) that you won't be interested in :P Of course I can help you with learning Polish language (but also I have doubts if there is anyone who wants to learn it :P). If you like hiking, I can give you some tips how to plan your trip and what precautions should be taken while reaching peaks, especially during wintertime.
