Overview
About Me
I live just outside central Budapest with my partner, András (he's not on couchsurfing). We both enjoy meeting new people and getting to know different cultures, but since we don't get the opportunity to travel much, couchsurfing is perfect for this! We also like to go cycling or walking around the city on our free days, and lately on weekdays we've been rewatching Brooklyn 99 (it's still funny the second time).
András is outgoing and very easy to talk to, I'm a bit more introverted, but I still love a good conversation. My work is a very important part of who I am: I'm an editor and journalist at a small left-wing news site, where I mostly focus on feminist issues in my writing (I write a lot about reproductive rights), but our main focus as a news publication are social inequalities in Hungary. These days we're just trying to survive in a country that gets more and more fascist everyday. Still, could be worse.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have surfed and hosted several times through this website and it was always a great experience.
