Hi there!

I'm Oscar. I'm from Spain where I've lived almost all my life. Now I'm based in London where I'm working part-time like a Solar Designer (it sounds cooler than it is). I love the renewable energy so I'm also studying English in order to get a title and hopefully make a master on it.

I have different interests. I'm quite curious and that's what mainly pushes my life. I like the technology, the architecture, the art (maybe except paintings because I can feel a bit stupid when I don't see anything special about it and there is a person next to me starring it for 30'), learning things (about religions, places, technology,...) and more things but it's starting to be too long. And of course cooking, I 'm not a bad chef but I cannot say I'm a very good one either, I have too much to learn!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I was a kid I've always wanted to travel but I've started a few years ago. Recently I'm doing it quite often, thanks to my flexible work. I'm quite friendly and always love a good conversation, and traveling alone sometimes you can miss that.

Teach, Learn, Share

Being Spanish I would be really happy with teaching my native language. At this moment I cannot be teaching English, but I have enough level to have a good conversation. I also could teach about engineering facts, renewable energy or any of the things that I know.

I love learning so whatever you can teach me would be much appreciated.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm always carrying books and will be a pleasure to share them with you. And also we could have a meal together and I could cook something for you (I have to say the Spanish cuisine is not my best point)
