About Me

I used to do sales and recruiting for 8 years, every summer I was hosted by many Americans in Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska and Arkansas and now travelling the world while looking for my next career move! Never couchsurfed before, excited to try! Been to 30 countries, 15 US states - frankly I’m lost in life, yet at peace with it - it will all work out anyways 😎 Estonian, English, German was good but rusty now

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I find it hard to cold approach people in a bar or wherever, yet I’m travelling solo and want to find new friends, acquaintances, fun stories, local gems, hangout with locals, hear their daily life and accents. There are days when flying solo is great, but adding flair to your friend group would be a blast - “have you met Oskar the Estonian?” - other times I’ve had the best time and advice from people 2-3x my age

Music, Movies, and Books

My old classmate said that while others listened to the same mainstream Kanye West or AC/DC, then my iPod was filled with so many various artists nobody every knew about. Everything from Fred Again to Hans Zimmer to Coldplay to Nipsey Hussle to Pink Floyd

I have a quirk: I usually avoid movies rated below 7.5 in IMDB - although Deepwater Horizon was below but it made me feel so strongly for those crazy oil workers. 28 Years Later Bone Temple was a recent gem - a horror? that felt like an artsy play

Started reading properly 2017 - finished 150 books in that time, mostly self development. Last great impact was Peter Attia’s Outlive and also Don Miguel Ruiz The Four Agreements

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I went bowfishing for the first time with a dude I met 30min prior - it was a fantastic experience

Teach, Learn, Share

Public speaking, carnivore diet, biohacking, fitness workouts, high performance coaching, sales, recruiting, relationships although my exes don’t agree - do they ever? 😂 self development, human design enthusiast

What I Can Share with Hosts

Let me know what to bring, magnets or a dark humour 😂 Used to work abroad for 8 years in the US, recruited and led a 25 person organization, was top 5% in the company in building teams 2 years in a row, top 5% salesperson - had to learn a lot in leading, helping, training people and myself in the process. Then I burnt out and still redeveloping myself with various therapies. It has very heavily made me see so conflicting perspectives at once and change my ideas what I used to believe
