ABOUT ME

My attitude and values are unconventional and I don’t like to follow rules that aren’t logical and useful. I tend to be skeptical, irreverent, and pragmatic and don’t unreservedly respect authority. I’m confident and assertive, but still conscientious and respectful of others’ perspectives. I’m a problem solver who thinks for himself and explores new ideas. I’m also decisive and approach people, issues, and ideas in an analytical manner. I'd rather celebrate Festivus than Christmas.

My summer is dominated by competitive grass volleyball… leagues during the week and tournaments on the weekends. I am facinated by nature and science. My winters are spent watching movies and shows during the week and football on the weekends.

I’m flexible, patient, laid-back, spontaneous, open-minded, passionate, competitive, thankful, curious, direct, informed, practical, efficient, and creative. I cook almost all my meals and love to cookout/grill as often as I can. I plant a garden every year, recycle fervently, and make my bed. My house is clean and organized, but I hate cleaning my bathroom. I have a beer fridge, ping pong and foosball tables, and a dartboard, but love flip cup the most. Marveling at my insignificance compared to existence as a whole really helps put perspective on life.
