#PLASTICFIGHTERS! Reduce the use of single-use plastic and spread the message to people across the globe. Leave places better than you find them. Increase mindfulness and be grateful for the blessings you receive from the UNIVERSE.

ABOUT US

We are an international couple that met in Madrid and fell in love in Istanbul. Guille is from Spain and Kristine is from NY, USA. We are traveling around the world while attempting to reduce our carbon footprint. We are aware of the impact of tourism and we try to take this into account whenever we visit somewhere new. We do not travel for the novelty, rather our goal is to get a better understanding of people, places and culture. Through travel, we hope to gain a better world-view of humankind.

We are also vegetarian and love animals. (Unfortunately, we are allergic to cats 😔 but thankfully there are allergy pills.)

PHILOSOPHY

There are many things that we could say. We can discuss our philosophy regarding many topics if we meet.

KARMA. Treat others the way you would want to be treated and lead by example.

Every Couchsurfing experience is different. We can be talkative, quiet, or helpful, but above all RESPECTFUL. We want to share as much as we can with you in return for your hospitality.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Guille's had more Couchsurfing experience and has enjoyed the way it allows one to immerse themselves in the culture rather than having the normal tourist experience. Guille convinced Kristine to enter the Couchsurfing world and now we are both enjoying the benefits of Couchsurfing.
