Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about CS by some friends, very happy about their experience, so I decided to subscribe few days ago. For the moment I haven't hosted and been hosted yet, but I'm very curious to do both because I think it's a convenient and practical way of traveling and meeting people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One experience so far: hosted in Copenhagen by Kirsten Retsby. A very nice and helpful person, a really pleasant weekend!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Something that surprised me..on the ferry back home from Corse to Milan. A night spent dancing for hours..then, the morning after..All the tourists slowly walking outside and resting to watch the sunrise. Never talked eachother, but so close sharing the same moment, in a strange silence.
I recall when I worked as an animator in a holiday camp...hard work taking care of the children, preparing them for the shows....but after their holiday I felt so happy when their families came to thank us...
Then meeting new and different people and managing to keep in contact with them.
But also simply spending time with friends talking and cooking.
Everything can be "amazing"!
