Grown up in age but young in mind I would say.I am a inclusive, hospital and open minded, caring person who loves the good and important things in life which includes high values.( Respect for self. Respect for others. Respect for all your actions.) I retired one year ago but has been working as an anesthetist for more than 20 years at the hospital ( Nordlandssykehuset. Bodø) in the North of Norway. I was born at the countryside in North of Norway and spent my childhood there.
I am living as a single and I have a grown up daughter. Last months I been living in Trondheim ( mid. of Norway) 750 km. south of my hometown .

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

This is a good way to meet and get to know other people . I love to travel, meeting other cultures and getting other ideas. I did a lot of traveling , getting expeience by visiting more than 40 countries.
Where ever I go I like to meet the locals and be in they company. I believe coach surfing is a good way doing that. Not to be living like an ordinary tourist and only visiting touristic places. I believe I am that kind of person who is easy to come along with and appreciate the good company. Beside that I do travel alone and like to make long trips in the future, staying one place for some time.

Intereses

Beside of my former ordinary work: I am a musician, guitar player. I love the music and the rhythm . Different kind of music blues, Jazz, classic ..... Concerts. Architecture and art. Literature !! Hiking ( countrysides) out door sports. ( sailing, biking, skiing) Fishing. And to be at the sofa reading and watching a good film.
And I love to make good food. To be in the kitchen.
