ABOUT ME

I'm a 20 year old philosophy major at Emory University. Right now I'm working in Phily for the summer at the Upenn center of medical ethics. It's fantastic, but I can't wait to get back to school and see everyone. I just got back from studying in Cape Town for six months, so it's been awhile since I've seen everyone. While being away from home has been great, it's also taught me how important my friends and family are.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I'm traveling, but when I get back to Atlanta I would love to have people stay with me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm pretty new to couch surfing, but I have met some fellow surfers and they all seem great. This has made me even very eager to become involved though whenever possible.

Interessi

I like reading (even though I don't get to do it much when school is in session), listening to music, laying in the grass on nice days, and puppy dogs. I like learning new things and teaching new things to other people. Also, I like painting and photography, but am more interested in actually doing these things than learning about them in a museum or book.

Musica, film e libri

Oh man, so many to choose from. Book-wise I love Stargirl, JD Salinger, and Vonnegut (but really, who doesn't like Vonnegut?). As far as movies go, I love watching them, but for some reason never actually see that many movies. Right now I'm obbsessed with the movie Synecdoche, New York though. So good.
Also, I like all kinds of music so long as it's good music. I really think that every genre has something to offer. I love Frightened Rabbit, Johnny Flynn, the Dirty Projectors, and Big Boi.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I have been so lucky and have had to opportunity to travel to some awesome places. I was just recently in Cape Town for the beginning of the World Cup. It was so amazing to see people from all over the world, with so much pride for their country, all getting along and having a great time together.
