ABOUT ME

I am 59, and about to retire next year. I thought I should have a "gap" year prior to retiring and go travelling. My brother lives in Perth, Australia so this is my final destination before flying home. How I get there will be the interesting part. I intend to travel by train or bus through Europe, Asia and Australia.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live. Try to enjoy life to the full. Work hard and enjoy the times when you can play. Cherish family and friends, you never know how long you have them for.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to CS, so it will be a new and exciting experience for me. Whatever hospitality is shown to me during the next few months, I would like to reciprocate by having travellers stay in my house.
