An electronic engineer by profession, but a wandering soul at heart. I’m endlessly curious and always eager to explore new places, meet new people, and dive into new ideas. I have a big passion for the outdoors — whether it’s hiking through forests, exploring nature trails, or simply soaking up fresh air and wide-open spaces. I’m also very interested in sustainable living and renewable resources, and I love exploring ways we can live more in harmony with nature.

I'm on Couchsurfing because I believe that the best way to experience a place is through its people. Hotels and tourist spots feel too disconnected—I'd much rather share real conversations, meals, and stories with locals or fellow travelers. I enjoy the cultural exchange, hearing various perspectives, and creating bonds that are more than just a roof over my head. For me, the best thing about Couchsurfing is to create moments of exchange that both of us would remember long after the visit.

When I'm not in the workshop working on creative endeavors or monkeying around with something, I can be found outside exploring kayaking, fishing, or simply with a good company.
Motorcycles are one of my wonderful passions — for travel, adventure, and the freedom they offer. I also enjoy photography, especially analog , as a way of recording actual stories and moments of my travels and everyday life.
Musically, I’m drawn to mellow, chill-out vibes that set the tone for a relaxed atmosphere — Thievery Corporation, Bob Marley, Afro Celt sound system, Yin Yin and other funky, soulful sounds. Every now and then, I’ll pull out my jaw harp and play a little, adding some rhythm and fun to the moment.
When it comes to movies, I’m drawn to introspective, thought-provoking films that stay with you long after the credits roll like Fight Club, Matrix, Interstellar,2001: Space Odyssey. Though I’ll happily enjoy a good comedy if it gets everyone laughing like - Yes man, Ferris Bueller's Day Off .

The greatest adventure I’ve had was hiking the Via Ferrata Dinara in Croatia with a friend. It was the toughest climb of my life — steep trails, fixed cables, and plenty of moments outside my comfort zone — but spending the night in a mountain cabin and waking up to a freezing morning sky full of stars made it unforgettable.

What I can provide hosts is a mix of useful help and friendly companionship. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves for DIY projects or cooking, and I’m always happy to lend a hand where it’s needed.

I also like to connect on the level of mutual interest — whether that's exchanging travel stories, talking art, herbs, or technology, or venturing into the great questions of the world and the "mysteries of the universe."

On the fun end of things, I can teach you how to play the jaw harp, introduce you to some Lithuanian culture and language basics, and even cook some traditional Lithuanian food.
