Traveling allows for adventure, connection and growth.

I first traveled abroad in high school, then spent five years hopping around the globe doing volunteer work, delving into spirituality and living in various remote communities.

My passions in life include dancing, surfing, sustainability, gardening, anything related to self care, being in nature, teaching people how to love who they are (I’m an emotional wellness coach), spending time with animals, resting, being with the people I love and cooking.
