Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

My first Couchsurfing was in Iran because people highly recommended it, and I'll have to say - it was Amazing. The hospitality and the warmth I received from people was enough to keep me seeking the same experience over and over again. Staying with a local, talking with them, sharing cultures, food, perspectives, showed me a whole new world of traveling. I am still in contact with many I've stayed with, and I'd love to have the same kind of friends and relationships from people all throughout the world, and I would love to be able to give people the experience I had as well.

Reading : Taken a short hiatus, but have recently gotten back into reading. Would love any book recommendations!
Games: Resident Evil 7 Biohazard, Silent hill, Skyrim, Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption
Baking/Cooking: I've been trying to cook more Singaporean food from scratch, and am trying to learn to cook other Asian food from scratch as well. My favorite (and others' favorite bakes are): Lemon pound cake, Lemon bars and Honey Lavender cookies.
Outdoors: i love hiking and camping, exploring new places with motorcycles/scooters.

Anything horror related.

Books (some favorites): Clockwork Orange - Anthony Burgess, Never Let Me go -Kazuo Ishigaro, Kafka on the Shore - Haruki Murakami, Blindness - Jose Saramago, Sapien - Yuval Harari, Choke - Chuck Paluhniuk, The Talisman - Stephen King, Middlesex - Jeffery Eugenides, Notes from the Underground-Fyodor Dostoyevsky , Night - Ellie Wiesel. Anything from Haruki Murakami, Jose Saramago, Chuck Pahluhniuk and Stephen King are fantastic! Pretty sure I'm missing a bunch of good book recommendations from this.
