I'm 25, born and raised in the countryside of Galway, Ireland. Grew up on a farm with a younger brother and sister. Completed my degree in social studies and social care in Athlone Institute of technology. After that i decided it was time for an adventure and came to Vancouver, Canada with a friend from home on a two year working visa. It's now time for another adventure so we are planning a roadtrip across Canada to see and experience as much of this country as we can. We hope to get all the way across to halifax and then down to New York where we leave for one night in Oslo before arriving back to Ireland for a wedding.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I feel this is a great way to fully experience what a country has to offer and meet some of its people. I think it allows us an opportunity to experience new things and always have an open mind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to the London 2012 Olympics last minute with no ticket for any event or a prospect of getting one. I managed to pick up a ticket for the women's boxing finals, in which an Irish woman competed and won gold.
