Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Unfortunately, my travel experience abroad is not very rich, and I would really like to change it. I think when you come somewhere the most important thing is to feel the atmosphere of the place and there are two main resources of that - the city itself and the people living there. So I need to get the access to the second one :)

Interests

I adore everything relating to Finland - language, culture, people, and bit by bit I'm getting more and more interested in Poland as well.
During my travels I met a lot of people from Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Ukraine, and I really like to find similarities in different Slavic languages.
Of course, my interests include also pedagogy, psychology and education as far as it's my professional sphere. I really like to spend time with children and make up different activities for them.
Among my other hobbies: philosophy, ballet, cooking (especially baking), handwork (sewing, embroidering, knitting etc), pets (I have a dog).
