ABOUT ME

I am a 26 years old boy who's been travelling quite a lot already (although exclusively in Europe), but enjoys travelling both alone and together with friends. After having studied 2-3 years abroad, I have now temporarily settled in Norway to work and gather experience and money, before perhaps going abroad again. Let's see what life gives you...

When travelling I like to explore the places not every tourist explores. I don't mind seeing the famous tourist attractions, but that is not the main reason for me to visit certain places. Seeking fun parts of the city, nice bars, original markets and so on seems more interesting to me.

PHILOSOPHY

"Living on the bright side of life"... well, that sounds like a very unoriginal statement, but still I'd like to see myself as a positive person. The judgement on to what extent this is true, however, is up to others to have. Couchsurfers I have met and got to know are welcome to comment on this :-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Mainly I host people who are visiting my town for holiday or other purposes. I have also been couchsurfing myself, but that's quite a long time ago now... Wanna do it again soon! :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with the couchsurfers in Brussels, which was a very good way of travelling! I really felt the difference from staying in a hostel! I have also hosted quite a lot of couchsurfers, mainly in Berlin.

No big reader, but I like to watch movies. The Jason Bourne-movies are my favorites as it is filled with action, drama and you also get to see many cities in the world in them (for instance my favorite city in my favorite country - Berlin!)
