I am looking for a roommate for my clean and fully furnished apartment where I live alone. We have a fully furnished spare room for rent (USD 250 - all bills included). The room will be available on the 21st of May.

The apartment is in a 24 hours a vibrant neighborhood where you have access to parks, stores, drugstores, cafes, groceries etc. It only takes a 15 minutes ship/metro/bus ride to go to all universities.

The apartment has all the necessary equipment that you will be needing in a home: Washer, fridge, TV, stove, iron, vacuum... Living room, kitchen and bathroom are open for shared use with all their content.

I am working a travel agency. I am very clean and easy going person. I'm smoking and you can smoking. If you want a friendly, peaceful environment then that's it:)

It contains the entire rent, internet, tv, electricity, water, heating, monthly dues for the building.

I want to develop my foreign language and reinvent the city as well. Why are not we on the two best friends?

- Marmara University, Sabanci University, Yeditepe University, Okan University, Mimar Sinan Uni. (with ferry since it is on the other side) are all easy to access.

-During the winter the house is really really warm, sometimes you might wanna open up a window:)
