I love to travel and meet new people (as pretty much any CS would say)! Always down for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, or kayaking in the summer. I enjoy meeting with friends for a drink or activity and am always up to sightsee or try something new - whether traveling or at home. While my idea of traveling includes learning about the culture and history of the place I'm visiting, I am on CS to experience the perspective of locals and understand why they are proud to call their town/city/country home. I love to continue finding new places to explore and have had some wonderful experiences in the most unexpected places.

I am an articling law student in Canada beginning to practice with a firm in my hometown. Prior to this, I have used my business degree working in a variety of small jobs and with an education-focused not-for-profit in my hometown of Winnipeg. Travel and meeting new people has always been a focus for me - my first real job in high school was working as a city tour guide!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking to connect with other travelers and make the most of my time traveling or hosting. I've had a great time with my experiences through CS so far and hope that they continue. It is easy to connect with other open-minded travellers who are just as interested in learning about the people and soul of the places they visit in addition to the sights.

If I am visiting your town and already have a place to stay, I also enjoy using CS to find others interested in sightseeing, meeting up, or going for a drink together.
