Hi! My name is Adithya Kandhadai, but most people call me PK for short, after my family initials. I'm currently a graduate student trying to get my doctorate in physics at Clemson University, South Carolina. I grew up in Chennai, a major city in the south of India, and went to the United States for grad school. Other than that, I guess I'm just a chill person who's excited about traveling the world!

I just discovered Couchsurfing while looking for places to stay during my upcoming trip to Europe. I find the idea of staying with a local person and getting to know them very appealing and I would love to return the favor if anyone ever passes through Clemson, though I know that's unlikely!

兴趣

I play a few sports like tennis, soccer and pingpong. I like going on hikes and am a fairly outdoorsy person when I have the time for it. Other than that, I love getting to know people from different countries and cultures, and hearing their perspectives on various things.

I listen to some popular bands and artists of the day, like Imagine Dragons, Coldplay and Adele. Casablanca and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly are my favorite movies of all time. I used to read a lot of fiction (at one point being a huge Harry Potter fan), but now I read non-fiction more, trying to learn as much as I can about science and history.
