Hi there! We are an argentinian couple, Laura is french-argentinian. We finished our studies in Argentina, I studied civil engineering and Laura studied psychology. I just turned 30 years old and Laura is 25, we have a big family, two dogs and a cat. We love being outside the city and enjoying the country walking treks. We live in a place surrounded by mountains and lakes, Ushuaia is the closest city to Antartica!
Laura likes to cook and she is really good! I like history and movies. We both love to have long conversations around a bonfire and watch the stars.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We just started our first big journey away from home and we chose Asia. It is a place so far away from home and with every country so different and special to the one next to it, that we always wanted to learn more than what the TV shows.
We really like to meet people and learn about their culture, history, architecture, sports... everything!

Music, Movies, and Books

We both love to watch movies (sometimes almost every day) and enjoy a lot listening to music, we like almost any kind except from tecno and house. My favorite type is rock and Laura's is reggae, we would be glad to listen some traditional music and some dance as well! About reading we like fiction stories, like game of thrones or lord of the rings.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think this hole trip we plan to do will be the most amazing thing we tried until now. We intend to do some long trekking in the nature, hike some mountains and volcanos, scuba dive in the sea and the most interesting to share experiences with people.

Teach, Learn, Share

We are very curious, always happy to learn! And we think the best way to do it is traveling. As you exchange different types of knowledge, points of views, feelings and experiences, and you see the world! We wanted to know more about this exotic continent, and specially about its people, its way of living, their families, their hobbies... so we are ready now to go and get the best of Asia!

What I Can Share with Hosts

When we come back home we would be happy to show you the argentinian culture, to drink some "mates" (it is like a tea that you share, we all drink from the same cup, the one in the photo) while listening some argentinian music. Or to do some walks in our precious land called "Patagonia".
