I like to meet interesting people and share interesting experiences and ideas. I like to laugh!

I am clean and like a clean place to stay. I am not a free-loader. If I stay with you, I will buy you lunch, or drinks, or give you a guitar lesson, make you some food, etc.

I am able to work wherever I happen to be as long as there is internet and electricity.

Diet and exercise are important to me. I don't eat gluten (bread, pasta, grains, etc.), eggs or sugar due to some food sensitivities but I can handle most everything else.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've travelled many places and have never tried Couchsurfing until this year (2015). It seems like a great way to meet interesting people and get a local perspective when arriving in a new location.

Chernobyl - I was at the site of one the worlds largest nuclear disasters which happened in 1986. Profound experience!

I don't eat gluten (bread, wheat, grains, etc.) and many other things so I have learned a few alternatives to typical dietary staples - and can cook the odd delicacy if you'd like to learn.
