About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see the world, meet new friends and go further then I hoped

ABOUT ME

I am travelling the world just finished my first month in India and Nepal- which has blown my mind! Doinf the South East Asia and Australia thing then heading to Argentina and Chile which is a life long ambition! I am a fun guy with a love of people and good places, I can rough it and I like the odd bit of luxury if it comes my way. I am open minded, up for real life and real experiences in this life. I love books too- Moby Dick is my favourite at the moment but im trying to read James Joyce on my travels too.

PHILOSOPHY

Must listen better, and talk less. Oh and have some fun on the way

Read loads of good books on this trip; 1984, Lord of the Rings, Catch 22, Catcher in the Rye, Priestess of the White, Moby Dick...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have woken at Annapurna base camp in the Himalayas and Marvelled at the strength and silent magnificence of the earths wonder, see my blog at http://paddywpd1.wordpress.com/ to follow where I have been

Teach, Learn, Share

I have volunteered in street shelters for kids in Mumbai (6months when I was 18) and Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania (5weeks when I was 24) and I like to think I have learnt patience and humility as a result. I am doing more work in Hanoi on this btrip and I think this is my best trait and a core part of what I am. I like to share experiences, jokes and drinks.
