About Me

Here and now... and later, sometimes

Im not as well travelled as i would like to be, but i still got time even though its sometimes going against me. I no longer feel like rushing things, everything has its time and purpose.
I am on the other hand well travelled in feelings and emotions as is any youngster in my age. I have inked the tree of life on my arm to remind myself of lifes ups and downs, and not everything can be forseen -its just the way of life.

I have moved around alot these last few years, i have lived in australia, england, norway, interned in america and lived on a boat sailing around the greek islands.
I have started building a career within the company ikea this last year and a half. Ive worked for ikea in norway, sweden and had my internship at a store in Texas, America, for a few months. April this year i will move to canada to continue my ikea career as i recieved a job offer in Vancouver to edjucate myself to a customer service specialist.
This is not what was in my plan at all, looking back. But a company like ikea has taken me to countrys in the best way possible, bulding connections and growing.

About a year ago i started running, just running to get my mind of things and little did i know that this would turn out to become a passion in my life. I ran the marathon in paris, france 2012 and i have this year signed up for vancouver marathon and new york marathon. This year i also want to start devoting my running to the "Running for change" in each race.

So if anyone is in Vancouver May 5th, 2013 for the marathon, sign and team up with me for Running for change!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

My first experience with couchsurfing was when backpacking in Australia two years ago, and after that my life was never the same.
And I've met some of the most amazing and fascinating people and have made life long friends.

And thanks to CouchSurfing I've been taken to gallery openings; watched the sun rise, got lost climbing mountains, taken to amazing concerts, had massive homemade Italian family dinners, found places to live and crazy games of never have I ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

Sharing is something at the basis of interaction, whether it be the sharing of experiences, ideas, or outlooks, and I love that aspect of connecting with other people. What I can more concretely share, however, is some developing interest in art (be it craft or appreciation), cooking, camping in Sweden, and philosophy (from the big questions to the little ones).
