About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to experience and see as many things as possible and learn along the way!

ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty easy-going person. I am usually up for doing just about anything, and I love to try new things.

Traveling is something that I grew up doing. From a very young age my family would go on road trips and even then I was in love with it. Since then, I have traveled to most of the states and to a handful of different countries, and I learn something new every time I travel.

I love to be outside hiking, camping, and exploring, but I also love being in cities, visiting museums and eating different foods!

I just finished my BA in Anthropology with an emphasis is Cultural Anthropology. I think education is one of the most important thing you can do for yourself- whether it's formal, self-education or through other means, like traveling.

PHILOSOPHY

"€œTwenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
-Mark Twain-

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed a handful of times, and I'm looking forward to surfing more and hosting soon!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had some really great experiences in Chicago, Milwaukee, Montreal, Boston and all through the Southeast! The memories that sticks out most is my Boston host invited us to a BBQ with their friends, were incredibly gracious, gave us great tips and let us borrow bikes to explore the city and my amazing hosts in Memphis who went out to eat with us and then stayed up until all hours of the night talking, laughing and playing Mario Party.

I have met some really great people and look forward to sharing even more amazing experiences through Couchsurfing.

Interests

I'm interested in traveling, hiking, reading, experiencing different cultures, linguistics and learning new things.
