I’m a tech-savvy person 🚀 and very curious by nature. In my free time, I love exploring old civilizations and modern societies — especially the mix of history, religion, poetry, music, and art.

Sports play a huge role in my life. I do yoga, enjoy mountain climbing, and love triathlon training through swimming, running, and cycling.

I’m also very interested in health, recovery, and the mind-body connection. Over time, I’ve studied Tibetan massage, kinesiology, physiotherapy, osteopathy, psychosomatic muscle release, HRV, the nervous system, heart health, herbal healing, and Ayurveda.

Some people whose work I really enjoy are Dr. Sarno, Wim Hof, Jerzy Gregorek, Thomas Myers.
