I studied Law and while it was doing it I was employed in the District attorney office, I took part teaching Family Law in the University of Buenos Aires. Then I resigned all that to go away to picking kiwis to New Zealand, where I ended up by being employed in the kitchen of a hotel and discovered a new vocation. From there I travelled to the Asian southeast, where I took several courses of local cuisine. I returned to Buenos Aires and studied Pastry, working several years as a Pastry chef. This year I decided to travel around the world, using the knowledge and skills gathered till now and in order to acquire many more.

Estudié derecho y mientras lo hacía trabajé en la oficina fiscal de mi distrito, asimismo participé dando clases en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Luego renuncié a todo eso para irme a juntar kiwis a Nueva Zelanda, donde terminé trabajando en la cocina de un hotel y descubrí una nueva vocación. De ahí viajé al sudeste asiático, donde tomé varios cursos de cocinas locales. Volví a Buenos Aires y estudié Patelería Profesional, trabajando varios años como pastelera. Este año me decidí a viajar por el mundo, valiéndome de los conocimientos y habilidades recolectados hasta ahora y con el fin de adquirir muchos más.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have crossed the Abel Tasman National Park (New Zealand) in a kayak and with a tent, for 5 days, one of which a wind storm accompanied us generating a few giant waves ... I felt the many adrenaline and finally the sensation of come back safely to the beginning.
I have crossed Angkor's temples (Cambodia) in bicycle, it is really exciting to pedal for plantations of rice for hours and suddenly to be shocked by thousand-year-old temples carved to hand off the floor up to the ceiling.

He atravesado el Parque Nacional Abel Tasman (Nueva Zelanda) en kayak y carpa, durante 5 días, uno de los cuales una tormenta de viento nos acompañó generando unas olas gigantes... sentí mucha adrenalina y finalmente la sensación de volver a salvo al punto de partida.
He recorrido los templos de Angkor (Camboya) en bicicleta, es realmente emocionante pedalear por plantaciones de arroz durante horas y de repente chocarse con templos milenarios tallados a mano del piso hasta el techo.

My favorite activity is to learn (about everything), I am curious in nature and I am charmed with studying. Also, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with the people and have facility great to explain.
