About Me
CURRENT MISSION
make every day a ridiculous adventure.
ABOUT ME
I'm a 24 year old female, who after years of travel-trepidation, is finally starting to explore the world beyond my little country. I'm a videographer by day, but am currently spending my nights plotting to conquer the world of journalism.
I live in Calgary, home of a million engineers, rowdy hockey fans, and more than a handful of great local bands. We're close to a number of ski hills, hiking spots, gorgeous scenery, and all that good stuff. I'm more into the local arts scene than outdoorsy pursuits myself, though.
I'll be traveling to Europe mid-March 2009, for about two and a half months. This will be my first big adventure, and I'm ridiculously excited. What I'm looking forward to most is seeing life beyond the "greatest hits" of the places that I'm in, and seeing what locals get up to with their spare time. But with that said, my couch will unfortunately be unavailable during those months.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm used to living in a houseful of people, and really enjoy it. When I was growing up we always had new people in and out - family friends, distant relatives, friends of friends. My experiences then were all positive, and started my love of "having a houseful".

Teach, Learn, Share
Video and radio know-how, cooking and baking skills, and the art of looking at the other point of view. I'd love to learn anything that you're willing to teach me! I'm a nerdy knowledge sponge kinda-gal :)
