About Me

ABOUT ME
This has always been one of the hardest things for me to do, talk about who I am. I don't know that!!!One thing I'm certain of is that I'm a psychonaut in the search for...nothing really jeje people need to be smiling more often, and if we can go planting seeds of joy around the world, then what are we waiting for?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love being on the road and camping out up in the mountains, besides a river or even on top of a tree, but for some obvious reasons you cant do that in cities or towns. I just need a little corner to spend the night, and travel way farther with my conscience than I could with my feet. Plus I'm broke and don't have money for hotels :)

Interests

Music. Guitar, ukulele, flute, African drums, didgeridoo, instruments in general. I want to travel the world and learn about different instruments, different music genres, thus different people :)I specially want to learn about instruments that were used in healing ceremonies. Music shape the way we think and the way we behave. One of the biggest reasons our social/cultural context (I'm talking about Zacatecas) is so inharmonious and so violent is because the beauty of the music has been replaced by sick lyrics talking about kidnapping, gun fighting and drug dealing. WE gotta help heal our core and contribute with the immense healing that is happening now... IN LAK ECH :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music from all over the world. From Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd to Celtic and Sufi music. But I gotta give it hands down to El Padrino Bob Marley!! I dont have a favorite book but Green Eggs and Ham will always be a delight to read. The madman by Kahlil Gibran might be the most delicious thing Ive read. O and Sophies World is also a great book. Not much of a movie person... I liked Rain Man, hmm, huge fan of comedy though. Theatre rules!

Countries I’ve Lived In

Mexico, United States
