Overview
About Me
I've spent the last 9 years pursuing things that have made me truly happy. This includes visiting Japan in 2010 and again right now in 2019. I spent 2 years working as a dog trainer and running a doggie day care. My interest in food took me back to Pennsylvania where I spent 2 years working on an organic farm, learning how to grow and sell produce, make cheese, yogurt, bread, tofu, soap and lotion. I hiked 2,181 miles in 6 months, and spent 3 years teaching people how to get outdoors safely and enjoy nature while hiking and camping.
