Currently I am extremely interested in alternative, i.e. non-fossile, energy, ecoefficiency and innovations that supports the development of these.

I am an outgoing and endlessly curious person who likes almost all things foreign.

PHILOSOPHY

My long term goal is to disappear with the smallest possible permanent damage to the Earth. This does not mean a short and inactive life but a continuous intellectual development which is expressed in different projects and fulfilling friendships.

Currently limited, stayed in Strasbourg while moving back from France in 2009. Started hosting a while ago.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was literally awestruck by that little medusa that burnt me in the Caribbean. Still have the mark in the chest. Beautiful and dangerous.

In 1990 we were travelling through Europe to celebrate a birthday party in Switzerland. The Iron Curtain had all but collapsed. We arrived in Sarajevo. There was a white painted building with the Olympic rings on it. I saw the building next time on the television news in Finland. It was in ruins, shelled to smithereens.

Since then, I have been a staunch supporter of the EU as a peace project.
