About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Creating harmony around me, whether I’m traveling, hosting, or just meeting someone for the first time.

ABOUT ME

I’m originally from Brazil, and I’ve been living and working in Italy since 2017. Over the years I’ve really grown to love this country, and one of my favourite things is showing people the places and little discoveries that made me fall for it.

I never know whether to call myself an introvert or an extrovert — connecting with people comes naturally to me, but I also really appreciate having my own time and space to recharge.

I’m not defined by my job (even though I do find it genuinely interesting). What really shapes me are the things I do outside of work: long-distance and alpine hiking, pilgrimages, travelling, journaling, yoga and meditation, music festivals, spending time with people I care about, and eating good food (I’m not the best cook, but I make up for it with enthusiasm!).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What I love most about Couchsurfing is hosting — getting to meet people from all over the world and “travel” without leaving my home.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really ecletic, my favourite genres are: Indie rock, post rock, post punk, bossa nova, eletronic.
I love going to music festivals! Here some of my favourites: Ypsigrock, Poplar, Green Man, Templehof.
I really like cinema, but I'm not a nerd (unfortunately). Some of my fav movies/series are: Interstellar, Aftersun, Fleabag, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Everything Everywhere All at Once.
I also love some anime such as: War on Titan, Cowboy Beebop, Mob Psycho 100.
Reading is one of my favourite things, but I have an issue.... If I don't find a book interesting it is impossible for me to finish it. In the meanwhile, if I like a book I can't stop reading it lol
My list of addicting books: Uno nessuno centomilla, Amore mio infinito, Lessico Famigliare, The Catcher in the Rye, anything from Arto Paasilinna, Wild Swans, Norwegian Wood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’d say my most meaningful achievements are my long-distance hikes:
• Val di Fassa – 80 km through the Dolomites
• Kungsleden – 120 km in Swedish Lapland
• Camino de Santiago – 500 km from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to León

Another achievement I’m proud of — in a completely different way — is packing my entire life into two 32 kg suitcases and moving across the world =)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm open to learn anything - I'm very curious and love to hear what you have to say.
