About Me

I am very easy-going and interested in new international connections. I grew up in Italy, but have lived around the world in Germany, South Africa, Serbia, USA, Switzerland et cetera. I love to understand the culture and the habits where I am traveling to.

I am fairly good cook and can prepare very good Italian Risotto (at least according to my grandma - perhaps there is some family bias there eheh). I also love deep talks where I can share opinions and information on my culture and learn from others. I can't wait to share a good dinner and get onto real talks.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking for the real deal. I am looking fro places to stay, where I can live the exploring experience at the fullest, truly getting into the place where I stay, understanding the beauties but also the daily struggles of the people. After all, this is similar to the topic of my research work and am extremely eager to pursue deep talks and rich culture-discovering journeys.

Interests

I love sports, mostly I perform many mountain sports like skiing, climbing, hiking and biking. I love to play my guitar every once in a while. Finally, although it may sound somewhat off, I love to engage with friends on philosophical and political issues, which really stimulate the mind.
Last but not least, I love languages, indeed I speak 4 fluently and on my way to learn many others.
