Hi guys. My name is Paolo. I was born in Calabria, Italy and I live in Bologna right now, in a small but nice apartment in the historic-centre of Bologna. It takes little time to reach from here a lot of famous city in Italy (Florence, Milan, Venice, Rome, Turin etc.).
During the summer I usually live in Pizzo (near Tropea and Zambrone, Calabria), at least for 2 weeks. Pizzo is a little but wonderful town in front of an amazing sea. If you would like to visit me there, contact me in June or July.

Travelling is for me one of the most exciting activity in life. It is all about learning languages, meeting new people and discovering amazing places, talk about everything, listen music and I like helping people to discover the place where I live.

Interests

I love to travel and meet people from different countries. I like cooking. I am very passionate about music. I play the piano, the guitar and the harmonica. I love reading historical and philosophical texts, as well as journals about a variety of topics (science, technology, social and human rights, social investigation). I enjoy films, the pictorial and photographic arts. Very often I practice sport: I love running.

I think that the best thing of Couchsurfing is the possibility to share different perspectives and experiences. I can learn more about a lot of topics (Music, Literature, Philosophy, Math, Physics, as well as cooking and also improve my English, learn new Languages and teach mine.
