ABOUT ME

Always tough to describe myself, since I'm always striving to change for the better. Generally, though, I consider myself honest, fun-loving, and easy to get along with. I'm a proud nerd with several game systems and a comic book collection (all of which, sadly, I'll be leaving behind in Oklahoma). I'm also happy spending my time anywhere in the full spectrum from goofy to serious - for instance, I love me a good laser tag match or action/comedy movie. But I'm just as happy having a half-drunken conversation on the porch, seriously trying to answer questions with no answers.

PHILOSOPHY

Wow. There is no way they allow enough characters in this tiny box for this section to be complete. I used to think life was something I could figure out and then float through perfectly. Now, I realize only action has meaning, because philosophy exists in a vacuum. Furthermore, every positive personal philosophy must be respected because it is based in motivations and history that I can truly understand only one thing about: that they are as important to that person as my motivations and history are to me.

For now, I can only courchsurf, as I need some help making the transition from Okie to New York tourist to full resident. After I'm established, though, I'd love to be able to pay whatever kindness I receive forward.

I'm a pretty big nerd, so I've got some unsurprising interests there - Star Wars, comic books, and video games. I also love trying new beers, reading, and writing.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Star Wars (the greatest trilogy ever made), James Bond, and comics (especially those written by J. Michael Straczynski such as Spider-man or Thor). As to music, I like most everything, but some stuff I like more than others comes from Eminem, the Protomen, Weird Al Yankovic, Atreyu, and Garth Brooks.
