Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new and interesting people and when possible - learning about different cultures this way. I also want to eventually live overseas and couch-surfing should help me build relationships with people from foreign countries.

Interests

I enjoy cooking - especially for my family and friends. I love coffee and tea.... Art is important to me in its many forms. I enjoy yoga, sailing, swimming, cycling and anything active & outdoors. I also love my simple smedium dog...

Music, Movies, and Books

I tend to listen to a lot of stuff from the 60s - mostly rock (Rolling Stones, T-Rex) and singer/songwriter stuff such as Leonard Cohen and Cat Stevens. A favorite film is hard to pin down. As for books I like "The Picture of Dorian Gray" quite a lot and a bunch of esoteric economic stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This year I completed a 40 mile river sailing race. It was pretty cool.
