CURRENT MISSION Meeting new people and making new couchsurfing friends in Washington D.C. area. ABOUT ME My birth certificate says that I was born in the northern plains of India. I recently graduated with my masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma (USA). In a past few years I have lived in Oklahoma, Texas and California and visited at least a dozen states (the goal is to do all 50). Now, to start my professional career I am moving to D.C. area where I will be working for a non-profit organization. I like travelling, music- I play guitar, mandolin, ukulele and piano. I am also a college football -"boomer sooner" and NBA fan. On the weekends I like hanging out with friends and love having meaningful conversations about almost anything over a glass of wine. I also like to go out from time to time. I am always trying to figure out ways to cook healthy food that tastes good. On cheat days I can make really great steak tacos, Haha. PHILOSOPHY Work hard play hard. My motivation to achieve a successful and fulfilling life keeps me going even when times are hard.

Because it’s a great way to meet people from diverse backgrounds, make new friends, listen to cool stories and attain knowledge that you usually don't find in textbooks or on the internet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Moving to Oklahoma. I wasn't familiar with couchsurfing before moving to Oklahoma but one of my to-be roommates was already an avid couchsurfer. Through him I met a wonderful lady- Tara, who helped us move-in, get acclimated to the place and basically became our host mom. Two years later we would still go to her house for dinner at times.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I revere all genres of music and it totally depends RnB - party mode, classic rock - chilling , country- while sitting on the patio, jazz - dancing, alternative/punk - playing music, etc.

I like historical thrillers. Schindler's list, defiance, the boy in the striped pajamas, pearl harbor. top my all time favorites list. I tend to like good comedies too.

I usually go online to read blogs, articles, etc. Not an avid book reader.
