Great Recipe for Banana Bread [really, really moist]

3 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
6 black ripe bananas
3 eggs
3/4 cup of milk
Stick and 1/2 of butter
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of backing soda
1 teaspoon of salt

Mix dry ingredients separately, sans sugar (sift flour)
Mix banana separately
Mix wet ingredients separately (eggs and sugar first, then add bananas in, then add milk)
Add dry and wet together. Mix until combined. No more then that.
Pour into two bread pans that are well buttered.
Back 45-55 min. or until toothpick comes out dry.

I love to cook!
