I'm 18 and taking a gap year. My passions lie in two very distinct areas, photography and theoretical physics. I'm taking a gap year mainly for photography, and hope to photograph different parts of the world, get internships at photo studios and more. I do wish to get some research opportunities this year as well though.
I'm half Taiwanese half American and have been living in China for the past 10 years. I can speak native mandarin Chinese and native English. I'll be heading off to France in a couple months for a 3 month internship at a local photography studio, words can't describe how excited I am.
I love learning, love traveling, love experiencing and am happy to share experiences with all that I meet.

Favorite music: I like pop( yeah I know I'm basic). I also really enjoy jazz when it fits the mood though.
Favorite movies: I love the drama genre films, classics with a strong story line. I also am a huge Marvel fan( Basic x2)
Favorite books: I love the Eragon series. I also really enjoy classic novels. Right now, I'm reading the foundation series.

I have a lot of stories from my travels. A lot of Chinese culture I can share, modern and ancient.
I can do basic cooking, pancakes/scrambled eggs/ bruschettas. I can also cook a Chinese dinner!
