ABOUT ME

I don't think it will all fit here. I have traveled about 27 countries. I love the food and people best. We seldom go on tours, we prefer seeing the sites on our own terms. I am married and have 3 kids at home, 14,12,8. We enjoy working hard, and hanging out in the evening on our deck in the summers. Good food, Good drinks, and Good conversations are key.

PHILOSOPHY

1. Everyone does the best they can, with what they have.

2. If your not having fun, then you are not doing it right. There are some things you have to do, so make sure you are having fun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Way over the top most of the time. I took 24 credit hours in school, which is a full time load X2. I own 3 businesses. I love new experiences. Though in the evening, I do love relaxing and chilling out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

With this site, zero. However, We Couch surfed in India with our family. that was wild!! Meet new people all the time, the ones we like we invite to CouchSurf. Have had a few from the USA show up, no international yet. Friends hang on couches regularly, based on quantity of beverages consumed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam in the Zambezi River, above Victoria Falls, also know as the Devils Pool. Enjoyed an Indian wedding in India. My life is full of these moments, looking forward to the next one.

Teach, Learn, Share

Judgement is my ego getting in the way of my learning. Just because I think it, doesn't make it right. If I am in my head, I cannot be paying attention to what is going on around me. Relax the mind, allow the flow of learning to come in.
