I am a curious person and that has led me to a big personal research of my self, my surroundings, people and the universe.
My big interests are the body/mind and I spend much time on my physical and spiritual practice through training, therapy and meditation.

I did some years of circus school, worked as an acrobatics teacher for children and a freelance dancer, cleaned at a hospital, spent a long time recovering from a concussion and now I'm at a danish folk high school - I took some courses last couple of months and now helping out with cleaning and cooking.

I am more shy and soft than most people notice straigth away and I enjoy intimate company and good conversations. That's where I feel like I get to know people and vice versa.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Today I'm on couch surfing because I'm gonna hitchhike from Denmark to Ogriva in the very south of Spain - I'm going there to meet up with the man who makes my heart sing. On the way I'll need help from brave and open hearted people.

I hope we can share some good moments together before I get back on the road and I'm helpful around the house.

I'interested in the mind and the body and learning about it through my personal practices where I strive to heighten my kinestetic intelligence and sense more.
I get fascinated by curios scientists who dare to go beyond what is believed to be scientific facts and dive into the landscape where science and spirituality meet. The universe(multiverse) is utterly mysterious to me and I want to ask more questions.
Oh.. and I really like meeting people, too, and enjoy deep conversations ;-)

I can teach and share in the field of moving the body and feeling the feelings within the body. Yoga, improvisational dance, stage performance, mobility, flexibility, postural training and balancing of the body, prehabillitation, communication, self therapy, breathing, body sensing.

I can also teach more practical matters like writing and speaking in English, how to tidy and organize and some DIY-insights about life.

I would like to learn to sing better, play drums and practical skills like hunting, gathering and gardening.
