Hi there :)
My name is Lena, I'm 23 years old and currently in my first year as a medical student at Charité university in Berlin.
I grew up in a small village in the south of Germany and moved to Berlin 5 years ago to go to uni where I got a bachelors degree in Psychology.
I've been lucky enough to travel to a whole lot of countries with my parents as a child, such as South Africa or Mexico. During highschool I spent a year in Adelaide, Australia, which was pretty much the best time of my life.
I'd say I'm open minded, outgoing, uncomplicated, honest and adventurous.
I love the beach. Well, I guess I love to travel in general but unfortunately I didn't really have the time or the money since I first started going to uni in 2010. But it's time to change that! Which is why me and Bastian are finally going to Brazil for 4 weeks in July.
We've known each other for more than 3.5 years now and have already traveled to Paris and Kopenhagen together. But since Bastian has never been anywhere outside of Europe we wanted to make our next trip a very special one - which is why we chose Brazil!

I'll be honest, I have never tried couchsurfing before. But I'd like to change that. From now on I'd really like to get to know different countries, cultures and people. I think getting in contact and living with locals will make a huge difference!
