Hi I'm Parveen and I'm new to couchsurfing so just navigating my way around!

Warm, friendly, curious, I love meeting new people. I'm interested in finding creative ways to work with people therapeutically and am currently training in Movement Medicine which is a way of working with energy to move trauma / patterns and change states. It involves Shamanic practice, gestalt therapy and neuroscience and of course dance... I love to dance! I also enjoy the arts and particularly theatre.

I really enjoy having people stay and helping them explore what London has to offer. I am a relaxed host and when I have the time, I love cooking vegetarian and northern Indian food for my guests..

A 40km dragon boat race with 1600 boats on the Grand Canal in Venice with a cancer survivors team part of the annual boat race, the Vogalonga... it was hard work but Amazing!
