Just a regular kinda girl. I believe life is precious and should be enjoyed and celebrated so I try to make the best of the time I am given each day. I want to see the beauty in things and be grateful for everything.
Although not a philosophy, I am Catholic.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This is my first time couch surfing. I am not getting some of the features of the site (having problems with my profile picture). A friend of a friend used this site for a trip to New York and it worked out for him.
Music, culture, nature, good food, dancing, film, friends, family, cities.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Sacred Family (Barcelona), all Gaudi's architecture in general. I saw it for the first time around 16 years ago and my first impression was that extra terrestrials had brought it in from outer space and just planted it in the middle of Barcelona. Last Summer I went back and the interior had just been completed. I had to go on my own because the friend I was visiting had to work, so I was around two hours in awe (the Church and I), admiring the sheer beauty of this incredible structure.
I recently went on an ultra light airplane and was able to get a aerial view of the beaches and light house of Arecibo, Puerto Rico. It is very impressive and pretty cheap compared to similar adventure types of activities.
