About Me
Hi.
I'm an Australian with a Venezuelan twist. I work in outside broadcast television but am looking for a new path. So shock horror, I'm travelling and exploring this beautiful, crazy world, possibly to find answers (I suspect I had them already, oh the irony!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm new to this Couchsurfing lark and am looking forward to experiencing the kindness of strangers and sharing.
WARNING: Semi-Insightful sentence ahead.
I like stories. Everyone has a story to tell, happy or sad, and everything in between, that is worth hearing (I actually believe that.) So whether over a beer or good food, I'm all ears. The sharing elevates us all.
Interests
In no particular order:
Film, photography, navel gazing, visual art, existential conversations, hiking, music, funny looking dogs, alternative therapies, PEOPLE, cooking and eating said cooking, ironic humour, travel, awkward silences, meditation, nature, breathing...

Music, Movies, and Books
I have an eclectic taste and can't quantify it here. Anything by the Coen Brothers is gold. Classical to heavy metal, there's no music unworthy of a listen.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Coming in to this world is a pretty good start...I've failed to top it actually. I'll let you know when I do. Watch this space...
(Trekking in Nepal was pretty magical though.)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I don't play any instruments (unless the recorder counts...in that case, rock on!)
All I can share is my life experience, good laughs and lame sense of humour.
My philosophy as a guest: contribute any way you can as a mark of gratitude for yours host's kind hospitality.
