About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Uggh, I never know what to write here
ABOUT ME
A bit of a nomad here - army brat from India - folks moved every couple of years. Finished engineering, followed by an MBA and then a few years in Europe - Geneva, Amsterdam and London. Went to graduate school in Berkeley - amazing university!
Restless as you can see from above but affable, in fact increasingly mellow. Tend to talk too fast but working on that.
We (my partner and I) have a guest room complete with a comfy double bed and a warm duvet. We are usually happy to host 1-2 guests for a few days (although do check our hosting status before emailing us.) My partner likes to cook and is good at it - so expect nice dinners when you stay with us. We live near Kemptown which is a Bohemian haven in Brighton. We are about 20 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by cab (and about 5 quids) from the station.
Oh, and we have a furry cat. She is beautiful and gentle but shy at first. Do keep this in mind if you are very allergic to cats.
PHILOSOPHY
Laissez faire. I am restless and curious by nature, try to keep the absolutes (good/bad) that govern my life to a minimum.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Been hosting on and off for over 5 years now - and it has been a good experience.
Interests
Travel, movies, books, hiking, and sometimes bars and clubs. Definitely like to meet new people.
What else? Getting into wine tasting, trying to expand my cooking skills, and oh, can waste countless hours on Civilization IV and Weboggle.
