ABOUT ME

I'm trying to find myself through yoga,
to understand the world by travelling and to discover the complexity of the relation between people and environment. I'm actually a french as a second language teacher.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the respect of nature, others and ourselves. I think we must change ourselves before to try to change people around us. I can feel my essence in the observation of different ways to live and I love to find places in the world to let my roots and my heart grow. I'm trying to live in the present because it brings to much stress and anxiety to grab the past and to anticipate the future.

Music, Movies, and Books

All kind of music if it's well played with real instruments! I have a preference for the 60's and 70's, jazz, world beat and alternative.

My favourites books are: The life of Pi, 1984, L'écume des jours, The Andes prophety and Les fleurs du Mal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travel 4 months alone in South America.
