Hi my name is Patricia Missel, I am 19 years old and I was born and grew up in Berlin, Germany. I am a student and after my graduation I will become a primary school teacher for Math, German and English.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Me and a friend of mine (male, 19, student) have a passion for being outside and doing outdoor activities like inline skating, ice skating, hiking, swimming and biking. We planned to go on a trip around Europe and because it's a great way to experience the nature very closely (and also because it is the most affordable way to travel ;) ), we decided to go on this trip with our bikes equipped with camping stuff. So, most of the time of our 2-month journey we're going to sleep in a tent, since there won’t be a city close by. But we think it is very important, interesting and exciting to meet locals, in order to really experience a country. That's why we are on Couchsurfing!
Our route isn't set in stone yet. Our plan is to ride through Germany, Denmark, the south of Sweden and the Netherlands. We hope to meet you on our way and are looking forward to all the stories we are luckily going to be able to listen to.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Once I've been on the Acores Islands (2 years ago). I hiked (or better climbed) the Pico, the highest mountain of Portugal on Pico Island. The trail was very steep and exhausting, but the view on the peak of the Pico Volcano was just amazing. That was one of my best hiking moments.
