ABOUT ME

I'm a person who enjoys travelling and getting to know new people and cultures. I'm crazy about horses and love to photograph them! I Love sports and enjoy climbing on the weekends as well as going to the beach. I love to spend time with my friends, appreciate good food and am completely crazy about movies and music. I am the kind of person who goes to the cine every week and am always aware about what's new. I am in love with the French movies and use it to learn French a bit more. I am studying photography and already work as a free time photographer on the weekends.
I can also play some instruments like piano and guitar, cajón and a little of flute. Yes, I am passionate about music too.
I am a feminist, worried and revolted about the crimes against human rights, am envolved with the black cause and intend to use my photography as a tool for social transformation!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to get to know people from all over the world and be able to exchange experiences with them. I also want to travel to many places and will love to CS and be part of each place's local culture.
I want to host people at home and so be able to practice different languages and show a little of my own language and culture!

I have such a big list of favorite movies that goes from brazilian movies up to Franch and European movies. I am a musician, so my playlist is also very exotic and large!! I like african music, french and spanish musics too. Love indie and alternative rock as well as MPB (popular Brazilian music). Some names are: Zé Ramalho, Lenine and Zeca Baleiro, Maria Betânia and Ceumar. I love Angus and Julia Stone, The Smiths and The cure, Belle and Sebastian, Beirut and Bon Iver, City and colour, etc, etc...hehe

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have worked as a volunteer physiotherapist on many centres of equitherapy with special children with cerebral palsy and other diseases.

I can teach english, portuguese and spanish and a little about music and photography.
I am learning french and want to practice a lot!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my knowledge about brazilian culture and I can take anyone to have a very detailed view of the city of são paulo, my hometown. I know a lot of museums, parks, cultural centres, restaurants and bars, cinemas and places to experience the paulistanos way of life.
